Your Vorsprung Telum Shock Order

Thanks for ordering the Vorsprung Telum! To ensure your shock is custom-tuned for your bike and riding style, please follow the steps below before we place the order with Vorsprung.

STEP 1: Complete the Vorsprung Tuning Form

To allow Vorsprung to custom-tune your Telum:

1. Go to: tuninghub.vorsprungsuspension.com/tuning

2. Click “Create Tuning Request” and fill out the questionnaire.

   • You'll need to provide info such as your bike’s geometry, your weight, riding style, terrain preference, and so on.

3. Once completed, you will receive a Tuning Form ID (e.g., XXYY).

Please send us this Tuning Form ID or the email address used when submitting the form.

We’ll include it in your order notes so that Vorsprung can match it with your shock and preload your data into their system.

STEP 2: Vorsprung Tunes and Builds Your Shock

• Vorsprung will use your tuning form to custom-valve and configure your Telum.

• This ensures optimal performance out of the box.

• Once built, the shock will be shipped to us or directly to you depending on the order setup.

STEP 3: “Claim” Your Shock (After Delivery)

Once your Telum arrives:

1. Go to https://tuninghub.vorsprungsuspension.com.

2. Log in with the same email used in the tuning form.

3. Enter the shock serial number to claim it into your rider profile.

Claiming your shock lets you:

• View its exact current tuning settings.

• Use the Rapid Revalve tuning app to make adjustments.

• Save alternate tune profiles and changes in your account.
