Contract withdrawal

To withdraw from an online purchase, use our Withdraw Contract function. You may also withdraw by email or any other clear statement.

Our return policy in short:

• You may notify us that you are withdrawing from an order within 30 days of receiving it.
• After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
• Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the direct cost of the return.
• The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Exchanging a product

The easiest and fastest way to exchange a product is to place a new order and return the unwanted product for a refund. You can also return your order and request an exchange, but this takes longer because the return must arrive before we can process the exchange.

How do I return my goods?

• For a withdrawal, use our online withdrawal function or send us another clear statement. For an exchange, include a note stating what you would like instead.
• Please package returned products carefully and securely. The statutory allocation of risk during return shipment remains unaffected.
• If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
• For international returns, mark the shipment as “RETURNED GOODS” and contact us if customs documents are required.
• Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• We may deduct diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
