Gearbox Option – Still Available While Supplies Last!

Add the Pinion C1.12i Smart.Shift at checkout. It includes everything you need in a professionally mounted bundle: Gearbox, 26T Sprocket Set, Trigger, Battery + Charger, Lock Ring Tool, and Spacer.

To complete the drivetrain, you’ll need a 148x12 rear hub with HG interface (no fixed hubs), cranks, and a 1x11 chain for optimal performance.

Safety Warnings: Ensure proper installation and torque settings, preferably by a qualified bicycle mechanic, using only compatible and approved components. Regularly inspect parts for wear, damage, or cracks, especially after impacts, and replace if necessary. Use components only as intended and maintain them according to the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure safety and performance.

Scope of Delivery

Each Kavenz VHP G2 frame comes with:

  • Idler Pulley 16T SS
  • Chain Tensioner
  • 77designz Chainguide
  • Cable Routing Parts
  • Thru-Axle with Removable Lever
  • 77designz Seatclamp
  • Anti-Rattle Tube for Internal Cables
  • Chainstay Protector

Warranty & Production Information

  • 5-Year Warranty: Covers the frame only (does not include bearings, shocks, forks, dropper posts, or other additional parts).
  • Limited Batch Production: As this is a limited batch production, frame replacements may take 4-6 months if needed.

Geometry – VHP G2

For the Geometry visit the VHP V7 section it is identical, except:

  • Full 29” setup requires +20 dropouts
  • Size S frames feature a shorter 400mm seat tube

Cancellation Policy (Right to Withdrawal)

Due to the custom nature of your frame, standard return policies do not apply. However:

  • ✅ You can cancel your order until welding begins on your frame.
  • 🚫 Once welding has started, the order is final and cannot be refunded.

Final Notes

  • Order Window: Until the middle of April 2025, first come, first serve. Late orders may experience delays in shipping.
  • Batch Size: 30 frames (subject to demand)
  • Gearbox: Pinion C1.12i Smart.Shift, mounted by us, includes 26T Sprocket Set and a Pinion Lock Ring Tool plus a single-speed spacer. So all you need is a Rear Hub with HG interface. We do not recommend fixed hubs.
  • 🚚 Shipping begins in July 2025. Frames will be shipped in the order they were purchased.
