Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Experience Specialist who is passionate about mountain biking. This role is not about traditional sales but about understanding and meeting the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for the sport, a genuine desire to help others, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO on the implementation of our new ERP system, contributing to the improvement of our business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their biking needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and solutions from our line of high-performance mountain bikes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in mountain biking.
  • Assist in creating a welcoming and supportive environment in-store or online.
  • Participate in bike-related events and activities to better connect with the biking community.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on the implementation and optimization of our new ERP system.

Must Have

  • Passionate about mountain biking with hands-on experience as a rider.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
  • English and German on Business Level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine desire to help others and provide the best customer experience.
  • Interest in learning and contributing to ERP system implementation.

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content and social media.
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of bike mechanics and technology is a plus.
